The world’s most famous character, Hello Kitty, is back for the second instalment of the Hello Kitty Run Singapore. This year, a new and exciting concept will be introduced – the first ever Hello Kitty Night Run, where participants can revel in Singapore’s stunning city skyline. Held on 19 December 2015, Hello Kitty will also celebrate the Christmas cheer with fans in Singapore.
*Children who are born on 20 Dec 2011 and after, will be given free admission (without any entitlement). All Price includes 7% GST. Registration will close once all slots are filled.

No exchanges will be allowed during the Race Entry Pack Collection. Please note that the Organiser reserves the right to make any prior changes without informing participants.

Collection of Race Entry Pack
It is mandatory for all participants to collect their Race Entry Packs within the dates stated above.
Participants will need to bring along a photo ID (NRIC/ FIN/ Driver's License/ Passport) for the collection of Race Entry Packs. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participants without the required documents from collecting their entry packs.
For Participants Who Are Unable to Collect In Person
If you are unable to collect your race entry pack personally during the assigned collection days, you may authorize someone to collect it for you.
Your representative will need to produce the following documents in order to collect on your behalf:
• A copy of the runner's identification card for verification
• Your representative’s identification card for recording purposes
No authorization form is required. Your representative’s particulars will be taken down for record purposes.
HELLO KITTY RUN SINGAPORE is organised by Pink Apple Pte Ltd (referred herein as the "Organiser") in accordance with these Rules & Regulations that is applicable to the Participants, which can be found at www.hellokittyrun.com.sg ("Official Website").
Completion of the online entry or group registration form confirms the Participants' agreement to abide by the relevant Rules & Regulations of Hello Kitty Run Singapore. These Rules & Regulations apply at the material time and to all any ruling of the Organiser.
The Participant agrees to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant contained in the registration form (the "Registration Data"); and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. The Organiser may contact the Participant from time to time by email. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if the Organiser has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participant's registration and refuse any and all future use of the Official Website (or any parts thereof).
Any disputes arising from participation in HELLO KITTY RUN SINGAPORE shall be referred to Arbitration to be conducted in Singapore under the laws of Singapore.
The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other records of the Event for any legitimate purposes, including commercial advertising.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
The Organiser reserves the right to postpone HELLO KITTY RUN SINGAPORE at any time without prior notice to the Participants, in which case they will make an effort to inform the Participants prior to the date of the event. In the event that HELLO KITTY RUN SINGAPORE has to be postponed, there will be no refund of registration fees paid. The Organiser will attempt to arrange another day within six (6) months from the original event date. The running route will be subject to re-approval by the relevant authorities; hence, the Organiser reserves the right to change the final running route at her sole discretion. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and their directors and employees against all losses or potential losses, claims, cause of action, damages and liabilities arising out of cancellation, postponement or change in running route of HELLO KITTY RUN SINGAPORE.
The Organiser reserves the right to set the fees for the different categories as expedient to its intents and purposes.
The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
The Organiser reserves the right to replace the race entry pack items with items of similar value.
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details. Participants below 18 years of age need to seek parental or guardian consent before participating in the event.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the HELLO KITTY RUN SINGAPORE'S race route as they deem fit for the safety of the Participants and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the Participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
Participants must wear their assigned number bib on his/her chest at all times during the race. Participants without the allocated bib number will not be allowed to take part in the race.
Selling or trading of bib numbers is strictly not allowed.
The Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the run in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the race without refund of registration fees.
Participants who do not start within 30 minutes from their respective flag off point will be , may not be allowed to start.
Participants below the age of 18 are required to seek parental/guardian consent and fill up the relevant indemnity form when registering online, failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to that Participant.
Safety & Medical Advisory
Whilst reasonable precautions will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the safety of participants, participants take part at their own risks and the Organiser, their sponsors and their appointed officials shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, suffered or otherwise, and howsoever arising.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the run to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself.
Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/ or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.
For the safety of participants, participants are advised to run on the designated route and observe traffic regulations.

What am I entitled to as a participant?

How do I know if my entry has been accepted?
You will receive an email confirmation slip upon successful registration. Registered participants can also retrieve their confirmation slip on the website.
Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after registration?
Participants who withdraw from the race before 2359 hrs on 31 Oct 2015 will enjoy a 50% refund of the paid registration fees. Refund will be made via cheque. Withdrawal notifications must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Telephone and verbal notifications will not be accepted. Withdrawal after 31 Oct 2015 will not be accepted and no refund of registration fees paid.
Can I make changes to my personal particulars after registration?
Yes. You can make changes to your particulars by sending an email to email@example.com. An administrative fee of $15 shall apply.
Can I transfer my race registration if I wish to withdraw from the race?
No. All race registrations are strictly non-transferable.
Is GST included in the registration fee?
Yes. All fees are inclusive of GST.
When is the HELLO KITTY RUN SINGAPORE?
It will be held on Saturday, 19 Dec 2015 at 5pm.

How many Race Categories are there?

Will I have my name on the race bib?
Yes, your registered full name will be printed on the bib.
Will I get race timing?
This is a non-competitive race; no timing will be given.
Will I get a finisher medal if i did not complete the race?
No. Finisher medals will only be given to participants who completed the race.
Is there a cut-off time?
Yes. The cut-off time is at 8pm.
Is there a baggage deposit at the start point?
No. There will be no baggage deposit.
Can I skate or cycle during the race?
Can I bring along my pets?
No. Pets are strictly not allowed.
Will I be allowed to bring strollers?
Will there be an official photographer?
Yes. Photography and/or videography will be taken during the event for news and publicity purposes by the official photographer and/or videographer, and may be used for print and on online/electronic platforms of Pink Apple Pte Ltd. Pink Apple Pte Ltd owns all rights to the photographs and video recordings. If you do not wish to have any photographs or video recordings taken of you, please inform the Organiser at the event site.
What if I am injured during the race or otherwise unable to finish the race?
Please approach the nearest first aiders deployed along the route. Participants who require immediate medical attention may alert the route marshals.
